Welcome to Purify! We're excited to help you connect with friends worldwide in our community.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Purify Group. ("Purify," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of our mobile applications ("App"), our website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating a Purify account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Who Can Use Purify? (Eligibility)

Purify is a place for adults to connect. To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years old and be legally permitted to enter into this agreement. You cannot use the Service if you have been convicted of or pled no contest to a felony, a sex crime, or any crime involving violence.

2. Your Purify Account

• Creating Your Account: When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. Keep this information updated!
• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your password secret and secure. If you think someone has gained unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately at purifynow@atomicmail.io.

3. Community Guidelines & What Not to Do

We want Purify to be a safe and positive space for all users. By using our Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
• Impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without their permission.
• Harass, bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, defame, or otherwise mistreat any other user.
• Post any content that is hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or pornographic.
• Post any content that depicts or encourages violence, self-harm, or cruelty to animals.
• Use the Service for any commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Solicit passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or extract other users' information.
• Post spam, solicitations, or any content that is fraudulent or misleading.
• Upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Service.

Violating these guidelines may result in your account being terminated without a refund.

4. Your Content

You are responsible for the content you upload to Purify, including your photos, profile information, and messages ("Your Content").

• You Own Your Content: You own Your Content, and we don't claim any ownership rights over it.
• Our License to Your Content: By creating an account, you grant Purify a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, and distribute Your Content. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service and researching and developing new ones.
• Other Users' Content: Other users will be able to see Your Content. You also grant other users the right to view and interact with Your Content as permitted by the functionality of the Service.

5. Your Interactions with Other Users

Purify is about making new friends who share your love for life. However, you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Purify does not conduct criminal background checks on its users. While we encourage a respectful community, we are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off of the Service. Always use caution in your interactions, especially if you decide to communicate off the Purify Service or meet in person.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

We may offer products and services for purchase ("In-App Purchases") through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other payment platforms.

• Refunds: Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds for partially used periods. We may make an exception if a refund for a subscription offering is requested within fourteen days of the transaction date, or if the laws applicable in your jurisdiction provide for refunds.
• Pricing: We may change the pricing for our services at any time, but we will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes.

7. Our Rights

We own all rights, title, and interest in and to our Service and all related intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Service for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

8. Copyright Policy (DMCA)

If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

• A signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• A description of where the infringing material is located on the Service.
• Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• "As Is" Service: Purify provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we grant no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise with respect to the Service (including all content contained therein). We do not represent or warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. In no event shall Purify's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid Purify, if any, in the past 12 months.

10. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

We hope you have a great experience on Purify, but if a dispute arises, this section outlines how it will be resolved.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH Purify AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM US.

• Governing Law: The laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., will govern these Terms and any dispute that arises between you and Purify.
• Informal Resolution: Before filing a formal claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute with us informally by contacting purifynow@atomicmail.io.
• Arbitration Agreement: If the dispute is not resolved informally, we each agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms exclusively through final and binding arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its applicable rules.
• Class Action Waiver: You and Purify agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

11. General Terms

• Changes to Terms: We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting them on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
• Termination: You can terminate your account at any time through the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Purify.
