Paid Membership Agreement

Welcome to the Purify community! This Paid Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your purchase and use of Purify's "Plus" and "Gold" services. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Membership Tiers and Benefits

As a Purify VIP member, you will receive access to the following features:

• Unlimited Albums: Create as many photo albums as you wish to showcase your beloved things.
• Unlimited Photos in Dynamic Posts: Share every moment without restriction by uploading an unlimited number of photos.

• Chats Forever: Your conversations are important. All chats in your Message List will be saved and will not be automatically deleted.

• Unlimited Greetings: Break the ice and connect with more pet lovers. You can send an unlimited number of initial messages ("Greetings") to other users before they have replied to you.

• Exclusive Gold Badges: Stand out in the community with special badges and tags only available to Gold members.
• Unlimited Q&A Access: Get your questions answered by the community with unlimited access to post questions and view answers.
• Unlimited Chat Partners: Make more friends! There is no limit on the number of different users you can initiate chats with.

2. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

2.1. Subscription Plans and Pricing: Purify offers the following subscription plans. Prices are in USD and will be displayed at the time of purchase through the App Store.

• Plus Membership:
• 1 Week: $13.99
• 1 Month: $19.99
• 6 Months: $59.99 (Billed every 6 months)
• Gold Membership:
• 1 Week: $29.99
• 1 Month: $35.99
• 6 Months: $79.99 (Billed every 6 months)

2.2. Billing and Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will be processed through your Apple App Store or Goolge Play Store account. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

2.3. Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings after purchase. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

As a Plus or Gold member, you agree to continue to abide by Purify's general Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. The membership benefits are granted for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer your benefits to others. Misuse of services, including but not limited to spamming users or posting inappropriate content, may result in the termination of your membership and/or your Purify account without a refund.

4. Termination

4.1. Termination by You: You may cancel your membership at any time as described in Section 2.3.

4.2. Termination by Purify: Purify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time for any breach of this Agreement or Purify's Terms of Service. If we terminate your membership for a breach, you will not be entitled to a refund.

5. Changes to the Agreement or Services

Purify reserves the right to modify this Agreement or change the membership benefits at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes. If you do not agree to the changes, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription. Continued use of the services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
